After-Sales Service
One-Year Warranty
Our equipment is covered by a one-year warranty from the date it leaves the factory. Damage caused by improper operation and consumable parts is not included. During the warranty period, faults caused by defective components will be repaired free of charge, and replacement parts will be provided at no cost.
Technical Support
We respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours. Most issues can be resolved with the assistance of the customer's on-site maintenance personnel. If remote assistance cannot solve the problem, our engineers can be dispatched for on-site service.
Spare Parts Supply
A sufficient set of spare parts is generally supplied with the initial equipment purchase. Customers may also purchase spare parts regularly. In urgent situations, we provide priority support and arrange shipment as quickly as possible.
Service Network
We currently do not have overseas maintenance service centers. Technical support is provided remotely, with on-site service arranged when necessary.
Logistics & Transportation
Shipping Method
Sea freight is our standard transportation method for international equipment orders, providing a practical and cost-effective solution for large industrial machinery.
Logistics Partner
We cooperate with JD Logistics and other suitable freight service providers to arrange reliable domestic transportation and export delivery.
Export Packaging
Equipment is securely packed in wooden cases. Packaging can be manufactured according to the import regulations and specific requirements of the customer's country or region.
Customized Shipping Support
Please inform us of your destination port and local import requirements before shipment. Our team will help arrange suitable packaging and transportation solutions.
